Get Inspired

There’s an old Proverb “He Who Hesitates Is Lost.” I know the feeling all too well because just like you I felt hesitant to travel. I almost treated it like a foreign entity, I didn’t know where to begin or even if money would be an issue.

Luckily for me, I had a friend of mine who was from the country and she invited me to go with her to the Philippines for the very first time back in 2016, this experience has had such a positive impact on my life that now I am addicted to traveling!

I mean just look at all the beautiful pictures you see online of people visiting such euphoric places.

The above picture was taken at this place called Luljetta’s Hanging Gardens and Spa in Antipolo City.

It was one of my favorite places to visit! I got there by taking a bus and few Jeepneys from Quezon City. This place is filled with such wonderful people and the Spa is second to none! I felt truly rejuvenated after I left the Spa.

And this is just ONE of the many places that are located in the Philippines and believe me it is not that expensive to get there and stay for long period of time.

Do Not Listen To The Naysayers

In fact, I used to be dead broke and live paycheck to paycheck and it wasn’t until I started budgeting correctly that I was able to save for my trip.

And another thing to keep in mind is never let anyone influence your own decisions. You may hear people say “Oh it’s not safe to go alone” or “be careful it’s dangerous”, well to me that is bologna.

Everywhere is dangerous and if you aren’t aware of your surroundings then sure you may find some trouble but all in all your safety is more of a state of mind! So just keep positive vibes and you will be fine.

I am a firm believer of the Law of Attraction and you get what you think about the most often so to me and I’m sure you as well, it’s important to only expect the best out of life’s wonders.

Now, if you want to learn how I go about saving for my trips then visit the section on How To Save For a Trip and hopefully all your questions will be answered.

I genuinely believe and feel that everyone should travel at least twice a year to a new place, it does something to your brain that is rather magical. It’s like releasing endorphins when you work out at the gym, it makes you younger and happier to get such an unforgettable experience in a new place.

And you can do it, all that you need to do is make a decision, formulate a plan and get going!

Warm Regards,
